The West Bengal government has formed a two-member Inquiry Commission headed by former Apex Court judge Madan B Lokur to look into allegations that Pegasus software developed by Israeli spyware firm NSO had been misused to spy on Indian advocates, government officials, journalists, Constitutional functionaries and others.
