In the case of MAT.APP.(F.C.) 180/2024, the appellant, a professional architect, challenged the Family Court’s decision dated April 15, 2024, which directed him to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs. 75,000 to his estranged wife and their five-year-old daughter. The couple, married on February 6, 2018, has been embroiled in legal disputes following their separation.
