The Supreme Court of India has officially notified the schedule and logistical arrangements for the upcoming Advocates-on-Record (AOR) Examination, which is set to take place on June 16, 17, 20, and 21, 2025. The notification was issued by the Registrar and Secretary of the Board of Examiners, AOR Examination Branch.
According to the notice, a total of 1,575 candidates will be appearing for the examination across various floors and blocks of the Administrative Buildings Complex within the Supreme Court premises.
Candidates have been advised to report to their respective examination venues well in advance on each day, as per the timing specified in their admit cards. Entry into the complex will be permitted through Gates No. 1, 2, and 3. However, only those with a valid parking sticker issued by the Supreme Court Registry will be allowed entry through Gate No. 3. The Registry will not provide parking facilities for others or be responsible for personal belongings.
The examination will be held in multiple venues, including the Judges Library across four floors of Block ‘A’, as well as Blocks ‘C’ and the Yoga Hall. The sitting plan details room-wise roll number allocations. For instance:
- Judges Library Ground Floor, Block ‘A’ will accommodate roll numbers 1 to 563.
- First to Third Floors of Block ‘A’ will host candidates up to roll number 1000.
- Block ‘C’ will accommodate roll numbers 1001 to 1383 across its second to fourth floors.
- The Yoga Hall on the Fourth Floor of Block ‘A’ will host candidates from roll number 1384 to 1575, organized by Paper I to IV.
The detailed sitting plan has been enclosed with the notification to help candidates locate their designated rooms efficiently.
