Supreme Court Declines to Stay 25% Reservation for Karnataka Students in NLSIU

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to postpone the revised admission notice issued by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, which provides a 25% horizontal reservation for Karnataka students w.e.f 2021-22 academic year. A bench comprising  Justice L Nageswara Rao and Justice S Ravindra Bhat allowed the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
