On Tuesday, the Supreme Court set aside the Delhi High Court’s order granting bail to a man accused of kidnapping a jeweller’s 13-year-old son whose body was later found in a drain in East Delhi in 2014. The Apex Court observed that the trial is going on and important witnesses are yet to be examined.
