The parent company of SonyLiv app, the Sony Pictures Network India Pvt Ltd, has moved the Bombay High Court seeking urgent relief after an FIR was lodged against it by the Karad urban Co-operative Bank (KUCB) for the offence of defamation under the IPC and for violation of the Trademarks Act and the IT Act.
