Smriti Irani and her daughter are neither owners of a Goa restaurant and nor they applied for any license- Court Issues Summons to Congress leaders

Recently, the High Court of Delhi observed that no license was ever issued in favour of Smriti Irani (Union Minister) or her daughter in connection with a Goa-based restaurant and bar called Silly Souls Cafe and Bar. This observation was made by Justice Mini Pushkarna while issuing summons to Congress politicians Netta D’Souza, Jairam Ramesh
