Sec 41-D CrPC | Advocate Can’t Be Permitted To Remain Present With Accused During Entire Interrogation: Calcutta HC

The Calcutta High Court recently clarified that Section 41D CrPC which entitles an accused to meet his lawyer when he is being interrogated by an investigating agency does not mean that the lawyer can be present throughout the investigation.
