SCAORA moves SC seeking extension of limitation period due to rise in Covid cases

The Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association(SCAORA) has approached the Supreme Court seeking the extension of the limitation period for filing cases in tribunals and courts due to the threat posed by the ongoing second wave of coronavirus to lawyers and litigants.
