Today, the Supreme Court upheld the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code related to insolvency of personal guarantors brought under the Code’s scope in 2019. A Division Bench comprising Hon’ble Justice L Nageshwara Rao and Hon’ble Justice Ravindra Bhat delivered its order after the Supreme Court transferred to itself, pleas challenging notification dated 15.11.2019
