SC takes objection to Rajasthan HC’s order granting parole to a UAPA convict even though an SLP was pending in the Supreme Court

On Friday, the Supreme Court took objection to the grant of parole to a UAPA convict by Rajasthan High Court when the SLP was still pending in the Supreme Court. This observation was made by the Bench comprising Hon’ble Justice MR Shah and Hon’ble Justice Indira Banerjee while hearing an application filed by a UAPA
