The Supreme Court Collegium’s decision on transfer of High Court Judges is out.
The Collegium led by CJI DY Chandrachud has recommended transfer of 4 Judges of Gujarat High Court.
These transfers are:
Justice Alpesh Y Kogje has been recommended for transfer to Allahabad High Court.
Justice Kumari Gita Gopi has been recommended for transfer to Madras High Court.
Justice Hemant M Prachchhak has been recommended for transfer to Patna High Court.
Justice Samir J Dave has been recommended for transfer to Rajasthan High Court.
The Supreme Court Collegium took this decision in its meeting held on 3 August 2023, for better administration of justice.
