Adhivakta Parishad, Awadh Prant Organises Symposium on ‘Benefits of filing Income Tax Return by Young Advocates’

Lucknow: Today The Symposium on ‘Benefits of filing Income Tax return by young advocates’ was organised by Adhivakta Parishad, Awadh Prant.

In the aforesaid Symposium for young advocates the Senior Lawyer of income tax along side the chartered accountant expressed their views addressing the young lawyers for filing the return.

Chief Guest Dr. V.K. Singh Government Advocate , Lucknow High Court while expressing his views appreciated the topic and showed concern for the young lawyers and how they may seek multiple benfits by filing the return. He also emphasized as to how Adhivakta Parishad is instrumental for the legall fraternity across different fields of the society.

Keynote Speaker Mr. Pankaj Agrawal is a notable Chartered Accountant (C.A). He expressed his views and told young lawyers about the seriousness of filing return in the initial stage of the profession, also requested young lawyers to file a return every year regularly so they can be benifited from time to time.

Senior Counsel Sanjeev Shankhdhar expressed his views in detail addressing the young lawyers about the benefits of filing IT return and the consequences of not filing returns timely.

Advocate Manish Mishra the income tax expert practicing in Lucknow high court also expressed his views showing concern towards young lawyers regarding filing of return. He emphasised that it is necessary for all citizens and specifically Lawyers to contribute to the development of the country by filing Income Tax Returns.
