PIL Against Use of Siren by a Sitting MLA- HC Dismisses With Cost of 50000

On Wednesday, the Uttarakhand High Court dismissed a PIL filed against the use of sirens by a sitting MLA and his family members. The court also imposed a cost of Rs 50000 on the petitioner. The petitioner in this case is one Umesh Kumar who submitted that he is aggrieved by the use of siren
