In a recent judgment delivered on December 12, 2023, the Delhi High Court dismissed a petition filed by Bineet Singh Bisht, challenging the termination of his services by the Union of India and Another. The court upheld the order dated 02.03.2016, which terminated Bisht’s services as a sub-Inspector in the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).
