No Relief to Whatsapp from Delhi HC in Privacy Policy Issue

Recently, the Delhi High Court refused to set aside a Competition Commission of India order that called for an investigation into allegations of abuse of dominance against WhatsApp regarding its privacy policy. According to Hon’ble Justice Navin Chawla, the order of investigation cannot be quashed just because the Commission didn’t wait for the case’s outcome
