No Provision of Re-evaluation- SC Dismisses Lawyer’s Challenging AOR exam

On Friday, the Supreme Court dismissed a plea filed by a lawyer challenging the result of his AOR exam held in 2019 wherein he failed. The Bench dismissed the plea and opined that as per AOR regulations, there was no provision for re-evaluation and the court cannot undertake the extensive task of reevaluating the papers.
