No Person Shall Be Prosecuted U/Sec 66A IT Act, Directs Supreme Court in to Enforce Shreya Singhal Judgment

On Wednesday, with a view of enforce the Shreya Singhal Judgment, the Supreme Court directed that no person will be prosecuted under section 66A of the Information Technology Act which the court had struck down as unconstitutional. The court also issued a slew of directions to Home Secretaries of all states and to Director Generals
