No Person Can be Permitted to Apply for Bail in Part: Allahabad HC

In a recent development, the Allahabad High Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by Smt. Urmila Devi and another individual in connection with Case Crime of 2016. The case involves charges under Sections 392 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and is currently under trial in the Tharwai Police Station, Allahabad.
