NCLAT Gets New Chairman as Justice Ashok Bhushan, Former Supreme Court Judge

The Central Government has appointed Justice (Retd.) Ashok Bhushan, a former Supreme Court of India judge, as Chairman of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) for a four-year term.  Justice Ashok Bhushan retired from the Supreme Court in July of this year.  The Cabinet Appointments Committee has approved the proposal to appoint Justice (Retd.)
