Movie Theatres Cannot Charge Extra for 3D Glasses; Commissions Directs to Pay Damages

The Kerala State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has held that 3D Glasses required for watching 3D movies should be given free of cost. The Commission ruled that additional charges for 3D Glasses to watch movies gives room for exploitation of consumers. The ruling has been given by the bench of President, Justice K Surendra Mohan
