Unless Acquittal Is ‘Clean Or Honourable’ Departmental Proceedings Will Not be Affected By Acquittal In Criminal Case: Andhra Pradesh High Court

Recently, the Andhra Pradesh HC stated that merely because the employee has been acquitted in criminal case, it will not ipso facto entitle the employee for exoneration in Departmental Enquiry.
