Married Daughters cannot be denied compassionate appointments

Madhya Pradesh High Court (Gwalior Bench) has agreed with the position taken by a Full Bench of Indore High Court regarding the consideration of a married daughter from compassionate appointment. A Division Bench comprising Hon’ble Justice Sheel Nagu and Hon’ble Justice Anand Pathak rejected the Appeal filed by the State that challenged the Court’s order
