The Kerala High Court has denied bail to a man accused of purchasing cocaine using cryptocurrency via a mobile application. The Court stressed that offences under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act have a detrimental effect on the younger generation and ultimately hinder the growth of the country.
