Delhi CM Kejriwal Approaches High Court
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, under scrutiny in the excise policy scam, has approached the Delhi High Court challenging the summons issued by the ED. The agency has issued a total of nine summons to Kejriwal so far. In his petition, Kejriwal has declared all the summons sent by the ED as illegal. The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear the matter on Wednesday, March 20th.
