The Bombay HC on Thursday ruled that, in case of circumstantial evidence chain of circumstances must conclusively point out the guilt to the particular accused and to no one else. The bench of Justice Bharati Dangre was dealing with the bail application in a case crime registered under Sections 302, 376, 376-D r/w Section 34.
