A sessions court convicted a 25-year-old man for offences under Section 325/504 IPC, for breaking tooth of a Police Officer. However while awarding the sentence the Court considering the age and the fact that he was preparing for the MPSC examination refused to send him to jail and granted benefit of Probation of offendors Act.
