The Supreme Court recently obseved that impleadment of legal representatives by an Appellate Court in an appeal arising out of an interlocutory order would enure towards the proceedings in the suit itself. In the instant case, the plaintiff filed an injunction suit but his application seeking an interim injunction was dismissed by the trial court.
