Chief Justice DY Chandrachud has stated that he is taking administrative actions to ensure access to hybrid court hearings in various High Courts. Advocating for the continuation of hybrid hearings despite the rise of COVID-19 cases, Siddharth Gupta urged the court to hear his plea seeking the resumption of hybrid hearings in all High Courts.
