Hotel Room Not as Shown on Website: Consumer Court Directs GOIBIBO And Hotel to Refund Booking Amount

In a recent ruling by the Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata, Lokesh Rustogi emerged victorious in a case against Goibibo (OP no.1) and a hotel in Allahabad (OP no.2).
