High Court Orders enquiry into Advocate’s Arrest

On Friday, the Bombay High Court appointed Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thane, to independently enquire if the Police Officers from Kharghar Police station, Navi Mumbai, had illegally detained an Advocate Vimal Jha between April 3 and April 5 and had illegally handcuffed while producing before Magistrate Court on April 5 to get his custody.
