High Court Judge Takes Metro to Reach Court as Roads Were Jammed Due to Waterlogging

Constant heavy rains and the resulting waterlogging made Kerala High Court judge Justice Devan Ramachandran take the Kochi metro to reach the High Court on Tuesday. The functioning of the High Court was also hampered due to the heavy rains and the court began at 11 AM instead of the normal time of 10:15 AM.
