HCBA Terminates Membership of a Lawyer, Who filed Case During Strike

The Allahabad High Court Bar Association has terminated the membership of a lawyer, who filed a case through e-filing mode, despite call of strike by the association. In its resolution dated 01.03.2021, the HCBA recorded that despite call of strike by the Bar Association, Sri Sunil Kumar (Chaudhary) has filed a case through E-filing mode,
