Assam: The Foreigners Tribunal No.6, Silchar has provided relief to a man who despite being declared a Stream-foreigner i.e. who entered India(Assam) on or after the 1st day of January,1966 but before 25th day of March,1971 was again tried as foreigner by the same tribunal.
