A Bengaluru woman took e-commerce giant Flipkart to court for selling her a bottle of shampoo above its maximum retail price (MRP) during their Big Billion Days sale. The city consumer court ruled in her favor, ordering the company to pay her Rs 20,000 in compensation and refund the excess amount charged for the product.
