The Supreme Court for the first time, has put on record the reasons to reject the objections raised by the Centre regarding recommendations made for appointment of judges. The Supreme Court Collegium has reiterated the names of following lawyers for elevation as judges to various High Courts. The lawyers are Sakya Sen and Amitesh Banerjee
