Entry Into a Hindu Temple Can’t be Denied to a Person of Another Religion If he believes in that Hindu Deity: Madras HC

The Madras High Court recently ruled that if a person of another religion believes in a specific Hindu deity, he cannot be denied entry into that deity’s temple. A Division Bench of Justices PN Prakash and R Hemalatha observed aforementioned in a PIL seeking direction that non-Hindus be barred from participating in the Kumbabishegam festival
