YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who was arrested in connection with the use of snake venom at a party, had to spend the night in jail despite being granted bail. He will be presented in a Gurgaon court today due to a warrant from the same court, which prevented his release. The jail superintendent stated that Yadav’s continued detention or release will be determined after his court appearance.
Yadav received significant relief from the Gautam Budh Nagar court, which granted him bail five days after his imprisonment. However, he had to remain in jail for the night even after being granted bail.
Elvish Yadav’s lawyers, Prashant Rathi and Deepak Bhati, informed that the district court had granted him bail, highlighting his lack of criminal record and the absence of incriminating evidence against him. These factors were deemed sufficient grounds for his bail, which was granted with a bond of 50,000 INR.
Following the news of his bail, Yadav’s family and relatives rushed to the jail, planning to take him directly home upon his release. The news also attracted a large number of his fans to the vicinity of the jail.
