A disbarred lawyer was arrested for blackmailing and attempting to extort money from District Bar Association members. The accused, Rachna Devi of New Shivaji Nagar, Samrala Chowk, had been attempting to gain ownership of a chamber in the court complex, according to police. However, she was no longer qualified for the chamber following her disbarment.
