The Delhi High Court’s Justice Navin Chawla led bench issued an interim order on Friday prohibiting people at large from violating veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan’s personality and publicity rights. After reviewing the plaint, the Court found that a prima facie case has been established, and the balance of convenience is also in plaintiff’s favour.
