Delhi HC Awards One Month Jail to Wife for Violating Settlement Agreement

In a legal development, the Delhi High Court has found a wife guilty of contempt of court after she deliberately disregarded a settlement agreement with her husband, thereby violating a solemn undertaking given to the family court.  The ruling, handed down by Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora, has imposed both penalties and a suspended sentence
