In a significant judgment, a family court in Delhi has granted divorce to Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan from his estranged wife, on the grounds of mental cruelty. The court accepted all the allegations made by Dhawan in his divorce petition, stating that his wife either did not contest the allegations or failed to defend herself.
