Recently, The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh HC ruled that No ground like the one defectively pleaded cause of action has been either provided in order VII Rule 11 CPC for rejection of the plaint. The bench of Justice Javed Iqbal Wani was dealing with the petition challenging the order passed by the Trial Court.
