Recently, in an important Judgment, the Allahabad High Court has held that a daily wager who is regularised after the new pension scheme is entitled to a pension under the old pension scheme by counting his services as Daily Wager. Justice Saral Srivastava passed this Judgment in the case of Kamaluddin vs State of U.P.
