Court Must Recognize the Conclusiveness and Correctness of DNA Testing While Adjudicating the Crimes: Chhattisgarh High Court

Recently, the Chhattisgarh High Court stated that the Court must recognize the conclusiveness and correctness of DNA testing while adjudicating the crimes. The bench of Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Sachin Singh Rajput stated that “DNA report and FSL report play an important role for examining the involvement of a accused in a crime.”
