The Kerala HC on Wednesday stated that, The constitution of a Selection Committee with a Government Nominee is not required in case of appointment by ‘by-transfer’ mode. The bench of Justice Raja Vijayaraghavan V was dealing with the petition concerning the 3rd respondent’s refusal to grant approval of her appointment with effect from 01.06.2016 onwards.
