The Delhi judge Rachna Tiwari Lakhanpal and her husband Alok Lakhanpal have been charged with amassing disproportionate assets by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).  Lakhanpal, a Senior Civil Judge (West) at Tis Hazari Courts in New Delhi, has been charged with criminal misconduct by a public servant in violation of the Prevention of Corruption
