Recently, the Delhi HC ruled that CBI Inquiry Report exempted from RTI. The bench of Justice Subramonium Prasad was dealing with the order passed by the Central Information Commission rejecting an appeal filed by the Petitioner which ultimately upheld the order passed by the Central Public Information Officer, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs.
