Burden of Proof to Prove First Marriage and Legality of the Second Marriage Lies on Prosecution: MP HC

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has ruled that in the prosecution of matrimonial matters, the burden of proof is for the prosecution to prove the first marriage and also prove the legality of the second marriage.
