[BREAKING] Deport Rohingyas to Myanmar as per Due Procedure: Supreme Court

On Thursday the Supreme Court disposed off the Petition challenging Decision of Jammu and Kashmir Government to deport  15o Rohingya Refugees from Jammu and Kashmir. The Bench 0f Hon’ble CJ SA Bobde, Hon’ble Justice AS Bopanna and Hon’ble Justice V Ramasubramanian has directed that no refugee shall be deported to Mayanmar unless the procedure prescribed
